Has anyone had a recent experience ttmpting to deposit a check from Bookmaker?

I got a small payoff via check. The ATM deposit wouldn't accept it. The teller was able to get it in the system after two attempts. It is deposited but hasn't cleared. I then went back and searched the issue here and saw one case where the funds were eventually withdrawn from the RXer's account. Should I be concerned? They want you to use crypto currency and I am too old-school to get involved in that. I don't know how books can take credit card deposits but can't just redistribute funds that way. I live in Wisconsin, where there is no legal outs, so I can't open an account that way.

I always have problems with offshore checks. Banks always ask where is it from. Then when the money shows they always say even if it is in the account it still doesn't mean it has cleared. Pain in the ass. I just tell them don't make it available until it is officially cleared then

I have not got a check now for a couple years because I use bitcoin now. When I got checks from Bookmaker I deposited it in my bank account and they always cleared in 1-2 days , Don't know if it's still the same nowadays , I know the ATM will not take them any longer , used to though

I always had this issue with offshore checks. They usually questions, and it takes a little longer, but eventually it will clear.

UPDATE: The funds are in my account today. All is good in the world.

Checks from Bookmaker come from a Canadian bank; I just got one two weeks ago
(their payouts by check arrive in 1-2 days by FedEx).

Deposit 'em into your bank. They'll clear in 2 or 3 days. You might get charged a $2 fee. :toast:
